Activity and/or professional career

Strategic design leader of product and service strategies, combining solid experience in Design Research, CX/UX, IxD, Service and Communication.
She has led creative teams for the past 10 years, delivering successful solutions to the market for professional production systems, enterprise workflows, customer service and support models, on-demand consumer digital platforms, and healthcare.
After more than 12 years at HP, in 2022, he joined Roche Diagnostics to lead the Design Research function.

  • She has participated in different research projects from the University of Siena as UX Designer (postdoc, 2007-2009), research assistant (2004-2007) or design analyst for various projects: ITSME (2009), Quest-It (2008), MPS Operational Consortium (MPS Banking Group) (2007-08)
  • IROMEC, specific research project co-financed by the European Commission within the RTD activities of Strategic Objective SO 2.6.1 “Advanced Robotics” of the VI Framework Program
