Talent
"Creative talent at the service of society"
Presentation
BAU's mission is to foster knowledge transmission and to divulge the excellence and creative talent of the students, alumni and Teaching and Research Staff of the centre.
For this purpose, apart from promoting the Research department, where theoretical and practical investigation is carried out in a space for exploration and knowledge, BAU encourages creative talent through the creation of events and promotional activities (BTN, BTV, BTW), and stimulates the active participation of its community in selected competitions and events of great social, scientific and academic impact.
Talent Visions
To publicise the excellence of our graduate students, every year BAU produces the BAU Talent Visions: a selection of Final Project presentations where a variety and typology of projects from the Degree in Design and the official Master's Degree are shown.
At this link you will find examples of BTVisions from the last few years.
TALENT Networking
The insertion of BAU design graduates into the professional ecosystem is one of the objectives of the centre. For this reason, as from 2012, BAU Talent Networking is organised yearly. This event, consisting of professional interviews between recent graduates and creative industry companies, is aimed at establishing professional contacts and facilitating labour insertion.
Before the Talent Networking, BAU offers a complete training programme with talks and practical workshops given to the students registered for the event to prepare them for their new role as design professionals.
Promotion and talent projection
BAU encourages the accompanied and tutored participation of students of both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in renowned competitions and festivals.
BAU has selected a number of competitions, awards and festivals that respond to common interests and to which, through tutoring and academic recommendation, students present their proposals annually with great success and recognition:
At the same time, BAU offers information related to other competitions to which students and alumni can apply independently and outside the academic sphere.
