Jonas Barckhausen

Cook, food designer, mixologist.

Professionally trained graphic-designer (Lette-Verein-Berlin 2012) in Berlin, Germany before moving to Barcelona and attending Hoffman Escuela de Hosteleria in 2015. Cook, Food-Designer and Mixologist. Internships and professional experience between 2015-2019 in local restaurants from michelin starred restaurant Alkimia (2016) over open source & honest food restaurant Leka (2017) to 5 star hotel kitchen Hotel Wittmore (2018) and asian cuisine in Koh (2019). Jonas is currently creating culinary experiences and workshops using creativity as a tool to innovate and food as his way of creative expression and communication.
