Description

This subject critically analyzes concepts and practices of spatial design through a historical approach. The goal is to provide the student with a genealogical understanding of the discipline that allows them to participate in academic discussions, observe the built environment with a critical sense, and integrate some of the references analyzed into their own projects. In this first iteration, the birth of orthodox modernity in the 19th century and its crisis in the mid-20th century are examined.
