Construction and Facilities I

This subject aims to technically define the projects of spaces, considering the economic, work-related and material conditions involved in the production of building elements. The student is assisted in the selection and implementation of energetic systems, both active and passive, that favor the thermal comfort of the user. Processes of circularity, recycling and reuse are also emphasized, aimed at encouraging responsible use of material and labor resources, all within the framework of the current climate crisis.
