Activity and/or professional career

As in Innovation Coach at InnCub3 in NTT DATA Spain, Cornelia helps other professionals and their teams to analyze current problems, define the most pressing challenges and ideate solutions that are viable, feasible and desirable. Before starting at NTT DATA in 2021, Cornelia had been active as a freelancer for 6 years, working with indivuals, small, medium and multinational companies as well as public organizations, training and coaching them in challenges related to creativity and agility.

Cornelia’s speciality is Visual Thinking and Graphic Facilitation: Fostering our natural ability to visualize our thoughts in collaboration and when overcoming challenges.
