Description

In this subject, the student will explore the perception, composition and application of color, understanding its pictorial, physical, social and cultural dimensions.

Specific exercises will be carried out, predominantly practical, aimed at distinguishing and using pigment colors and light colors, as well as developing chromatic taxonomies and developing expressive strategies.

This approach to color will be based on the study of contemporary references and the integration of color into the student's creative processes, promoting a critical and contextualized view of its use in different design disciplines.
