Sorry I was late I was masturbating

by Miren Oller

Sorry I was late I was masturbating Sorry I was late I was masturbating Sorry I was late I was masturbating Sorry I was late I was masturbating Sorry I was late I was masturbating

Art Direction.

A young girl discovers her own sexuality through wild fantasies.

This short film is a manifestation of masturbation. Female masturbation remains taboo in society. However, male masturbation is perfectly acceptable. Many women said that they had never masturbated. We doubt ourselves so much. The film should raise this issue, and lead to greater openness in discussing it.

Akaal / Selene \ Uluru

by Rosa Tharrats

Akaal / Selene \ Uluru Akaal / Selene \ Uluru Akaal / Selene \ Uluru Akaal / Selene \ Uluru Akaal / Selene \ Uluru Akaal / Selene \ Uluru

Installation for the MACBA.

Protruding from three of the museum's columns like gnawed sails rigged on the masts of a ship, Akaal / Selene \ Uluru consists of layers of woven and printed fabrics that have been stitched together and combined with homemade bioplastic composites: polymers based on biological sources such as algae and starch, with the potential to mitigate the growing problem of marine pollution.

Tharrats is inspired by the anonymous photograph of a sailboat he found in his grandfather's archive, the coastal landscapes around Cadaqués and the patchwork sails made by the Vezo people in Madagascar. With his proposal, he warns about the vulnerability of the oceans and the many communities that depend on them, as well as imagining material cultures and technologies based on coexistence and care.
