Silvia combines her experience working as a design consultant in Designit with her passion for facilitating and teaching design. She has participated in projects of different industries such as financial, education, automotive, cosmetics, construction and energy. During the past 8 years she has accumulated extensive experience leading projects that apply diverse participatory design techniques, that she learned through her master studies in Strategic Product Design at TU Delft, in The Netherlands. She has also been involved in education in design and innovation for bachelor and postgraduate programs in Los Andes University (Colombia), h2i (Madrid) and IED (Barcelona).
