Activity and professional career

I am Santi Lunares (artistic name), non-binary person. Multidisciplinary Artist, Designer and Pastry Chef. I started my training in the catering sector, specialising in pastry and confectionery, doing a stage at Lasarte Restaurant*** in Barcelona and working in different bakeries and restaurants/hotels in Barcelona and London. In 2017, I started my art and design studies at BAU, while combining graphic design commissions. I have collaborated with the Fundació Joan Brossa in Barcelona, designing educational material for educational routes. In addition to being part of the BAU teaching team, I carry out research projects in art and design. 

Research

I am currently preparing my doctoral thesis proposal, based on the accompaniment and gestation of creative processes in the pedagogical field.
