Born in the province of Salamanca in 1961 where he studied law at the University of Salamanca, where he graduated. Later he moved to Madrid, where he studied Image at the Complutense University. In 1994, he graduated from the Berlin Film and Television Academy with the BADU feature film. Stories from the Negev desert. He has worked in numerous productions performing roles within cinematographic photography, sound engineer or assembly assistant.
