Qualifications and academic training

  • Graduate in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Malaga
  • Scholarship to pursue an MFA in Animation and Digital Arts at New York University (TISCH)

Activity and / or professional career

She studied Audiovisual Communication and specialized in photography and lighting. She has developed her professional career working in photography studios focused on advertising and product, from pre-production to digital retouching.

In 2010, she obtained a Talentia scholarship at New York University that allowed her to study an MFA in Animation and Digital Arts in Singapore for two years. She discovered the possibility of giving movement to images and began her career as a director of photography specialized in Stop Motion animation, with projects such as the short film Metamorphosis (nominated for a Goya), the animated series Clay Kids and El Diario de Bita y Cora or the music video for the musical group Izal, among others.

Over the years, she has combined photography, animation and film, participating as a camera and lighting operator in renowned international projects such as The Inventor, Sauvages and The House.

She is currently working as director of photography for the film Olivia y el Terremoto Invisible by Irene Iborra and continues to work as a freelance photographer and director for agencies and creative studios.
