Iolanda previously worked as a Software Engineer for a multinational company in the Telecommunications sector, her responsibilities included the management of international teams and projects. She later began a new stage of her career as a Quality and Process Consultant so she could join Nextret in 2004, where she now leads the Software Services team. She is passionate about communication and agile methodologies, and is teaching on this postgraduate course for the third time
