Gabriel Antoja is a Research Associate of the Center for Research in Healthcare Innovation Management (CRHIM) of the IESE Business School in Barcelona (Spain).

Gabriel graduated in Industrial Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in 1998 and has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working as a consultant and project manager for different consulting firms, pharmaceutical companies, and public healthcare providers.

Gabriel expertise focuses on healthcare management and innovation, digital health and health information systems, and healthcare strategic management and business model development.

His research activities at IESE CRHIM include digital health business models, patient-centric health services redesign, hospital management and organizational design, healthcare process reengineering, service line management, and healthcare process innovation applying Design Thinking techniques.
