Eduard Fernàndez
Architect, teacher and researcher
Professional activity
Eduard Fernàndez is an architect, teacher and researcher. He studied at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona (UPC-ETSAB) and at the Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto (FAUP), where he graduated with a Master in Architecture. From 2014 to 2021, he worked in different architecture offices in Barcelona and Sydney, and collaborated with cultural institutions such as Fomento de las Artes y el Diseño (FAD), Arquitectos por la Arquitectura (AxA), Centro Abierto de Arquitectura (COAC), Barcelona City Council and Casa da Arquitectura (Porto). In the academic field, he has been an associate professor at Monash University in Melbourne and the University of Technology Sydney, teaching different subjects from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, he founded the architecture studio self-office.
