She has directed the Usability and User Experience Laboratory, leading user-centred design projects applied to products and web and physical spaces. She has been head of New Projects and Online Promotion at the Catalan Tourism Agency, where she participated in the design of services for the tourist sector and also for travellers. She currently works as Programme Manager at Edreams, which is part of the European group Odigeo. She has experience lecturing in Catalan universities, teaching subjects related to Usability, and in the creation of several postgraduate degrees
