Description
In this course, students delve into programming applied to audiovisual creation and digital interaction using programming languages specific to generative design and real-time visualization. This allows students to understand how to manipulate images with code and develop tangible interactive interfaces.
The subject offers a historical journey through interactive graphics and their applications in design and visual arts, while providing technical tools to integrate programming into audiovisual creation. Students will work with live coding systems, generative graphics, and automation of visual processes, learning to structure their creative thinking through code.
In addition, special emphasis will be placed on the interaction between person and machine, exploring MIDI interfaces, communication protocols, and real-time visual applications in the context of VJing and audiovisual installations. This course equips students with the ability to go beyond commercial programs, opening new creative possibilities through the development of their own code.
