Through a combination of theory and practice, the principles of graphic language and its integration into digital communication are explored, with a special emphasis on design for screens and interactive media.
The goal is to provide the necessary tools to conceptualize and develop graphic projects with a strong expressive and communicative charge. Students will learn to research and select appropriate visual resources, to understand the importance of typography and graphic composition, and to integrate these elements within audiovisual projects. Critical thinking about design as a communication and identity tool, as well as its impact on society, will be encouraged.
The contents of the subject range from analog graphic design to interactive digital projects, including the creation of modular patterns, promotional design, and digital typography. Practical learning is conveyed through visual composition exercises, graphic perception, and typographic applications in audiovisual formats, thus consolidating a solid foundation for future projects in the field of audiovisual design.
