Description

This subject continues the exploration of two-dimensional work through different techniques such as painting or silkscreen printing. In addition, it proposes a reflection on how context affects the production and reception of the work, from ideation to the installation of the work in a specific space.

The subject is a workshop and experimental space fundamentally practical. As in the rest of the subjects of this matter, two essential areas are connected: on one hand, the knowledge of the materials and their behaviors, as well as the learning of various techniques and technologies; on the other, the exploration of artistic language and its aesthetic and communicative dimensions.

Practical experimentation is accompanied by work with artistic references in this field, both contemporary and historical, offering a broader perspective that enriches and contextualizes the creative process.
