Presentation

This course offers an immersion into graphic design as a visual discipline and a fundamental communication tool, addressing both its historical dimension and its current application. By linking the origins of design with contemporary practice, the program analyzes how this discipline responds to cultural, social, and technological challenges.

Students will learn to observe, analyse, and construct visual messages consciously, understanding the core principles of design while exploring expressive resources through "making." The focus is on the creative process: experimenting, prototyping, and making visual decisions with informed criteria. As an outcome, each participant will develop a series of personal posters that synthesize the learning and graphic evolution experienced throughout the course.
