Formative model

The aim of BAU and its faculty is to train contemporary, critical, creative and open designers, trained to understand social, cultural and economic changes, and committed to sustainable development to respond to the changing needs of society.

The BAU formative model provides a solid humanistic, cultural, artistic, technical and methodological formation and is characterized by being a current teaching, connected with the real professional world from the perspective of the culture of the project.

BAU guarantees small class groups to promote comprehensive training, teamwork and personalized teaching, and is concerned with encouraging research activity, both teachers and students, as a basis for enhancing creative skills and innovation.

The BAU teaching team  applies quality and innovative teaching practices that are based on the applicability of learning in the development of projects and teaches to work rigorously and in a systematic way in order to achieve the professionalization of the creative process.

BAU wants to promote multilingualism in the professional field, especially the mastery of the English language for professional use as an essential language for competitiveness in the working world as well as to practice the profession, and also to contribute to the international projection of its students.
