Since the implementation of the Degree in Design, at Bau, School of Design our plan for Research and Knowledge Transfer is being carried out through various actions and agreements with companies and institutions with the support of the current team of doctorate holders and doctoral students.

The plan of research and knowledge transfer of BAU, is defined under the "Research and knowledge transfer plan (2005-2010) of UVIC.
